SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning Lead

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning Lead to join their project immediately on weekly part time basis and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors Talent and Learning modules, along with hands-on involvement in project implementations. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client conversations and workshops, serving as an onshore lead who provides both strategic guidance and hands-on configuration support to an offshore team.
• Lead full SAP SuccessFactors Talent & Learning implementations, including Performance, Succession, and Learning modules.
