This is not a pure configuration or ticket-processing role. The consultant will be expected to manage production support, business escalations, enhancement demand, operational stabilization, and stakeholder governance within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate should have strong finance/process understanding, operational support maturity, stakeholder management capability, and the confidence to work directly with senior business users and leadership teams.
