Vacancy Description
- Lead and manage an SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team supporting the ECC environment.
- Ensure stable, reliable day-to-day operations of SAP ECC while the S/4HANA program is underway.
- Own incident, problem, and change management processes for ECC (including root cause analysis and continuous improvement).
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for production issues impacting business operations.
- Coordinate closely with the S/4HANA project team to ensure changes and fixes do not conflict with transformation activities.
- Manage support backlog, prioritize work based on business impact, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Oversee transport management, defect fixes, and minor enhancements in ECC.
- Communicate system status, risks, and performance metrics to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
