Must have experience in SAP Business Suite- Basis , solution manager, ERP and CRM Technically fluent in Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database (SAP HANA, SAP ASE, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB) administration Must have exp on Basis production support activities System monitoring, Performance optimization and troubleshooting, transport Administration Must have handled a team of 15 to 20 L1 & L2 consultants Understanding on the ITIL framework
