Join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Sanitation Lead . In this pivotal role, you will lead sanitation efforts across our food processing manufacturing facility, ensuring all areas meet rigorous cleanliness standards while supervising a dedicated team of sanitation staff.Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years in industrial sanitation, preferably in a food processing or highly regulated environment required.

Proficient in HACCP principles, SQF standards, and chemical safety (SDS/WHMIS).

Proven ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and delegate tasks effectively.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and work in various temperatures (e.g., cold storage or wet environments).

Effective time management skills required to maintain multiple projects.

High school diploma or GED; specialized certifications in food safety or sanitation are a plus.
