Salesforce Team Lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or delivery experience
• Proven experience independently leading Salesforce delivery projects
• Experience managing teams of at least 4 team members
• Strong consulting experience in client‑facing environments
• Familiarity with insurance business processes and customer journeys
• Strong experience leading Sales Cloud projects
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party applications such as WhatsApp, Google, and Meta.
• Hands‑on expertise in Apex, APIs, integration patterns, and data migration/synchronization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across regional and cross‑functional teams
