Job Description:
- Test Strategy & Execution: Create detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts (manual and automated) for Salesforce modules like Service Cloud.
- Validation: Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing, including verifying Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Defect Management: Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Client ALM.
- Automation: Develop and maintain automated scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca.
