Design, develop, and implement customized solutions and applications within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Create and manage complex workflows and process automation using Salesforce Flow and process builder. Develop and maintain triggers, batch jobs, and other processes for data management and integration. Utilize Salesforce's OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors for crafting tailored user solutions. Manage data integration and ETL processes between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
