Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant to join our Marketing Operations team.

This role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of SFMC, with experience in audience and segmentation selection, the design, implementation, and execution of Customer Journeys, as well as post‑campaign analysis.

The role requires working 3 days onsite at the client’s office in Madrid.

Main Responsibilities

• SFMC knowledge (lisence utilisation and scalability, campaign management, data governance, email template creation, testing, automation, set‑up, reporting, etc.)
• Develop campaign optimization processes including automation, incident management, and technology research
• Work with the account management team in the creation of customer journeys in SFMC
• Lead regional technical architecture strategy in SFMC
