Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the evolution, improvement and maintenance of our Salesforce platform.
This role has a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud , especially the development, maintenance and evolution of Service modules and Omnichannel functionalities . We are looking for someone who can help us improve the way our business users manage customer service processes, automation and platform efficiency.
Main responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and evolve functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud .
- Work closely with Service Cloud modules , with a special focus on Omnichannel .
- Build, maintain and refactor developments using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and Flows .
- Participate in the automation of business processes through Triggers and Flows ....
