Sales Support Specialist – Base Salary:46k-52k + Commission
A client of ours is seeking a driven and detail-focused Sales Support Specialist to support customers in a fast-paced industrial sales environment. This inside sales role is responsible for managing quotations, processing orders, tracking shipments, and serving as the primary contact for customer needs.
You’ll work closely with customers handling high transaction volumes while building long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and the ability to think critically when solving application or product challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate quotes and manage order entry from start to finish
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and account activity
Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-up
