About the Role
This role supports both customer sales inquiries and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth handling of Balikbayan box shipments from booking to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to Balikbayan box services (pricing, schedules, delivery timelines)
- Communicate with customers in Tagalog and English
- Support the sales team with quotations, bookings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate pickup, packing, consolidation, and shipment schedules
- Track shipment status and provide updates to customers
- Prepare and verify shipping documents
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, and overseas agents
- Resolve customer and shipment-related issues efficiently
