Sales Support Engineer – PV & Storage

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements from RFQs, RFPs, tenders and technical specifications, identifying compliance, deviations, and technical risks.
• Select, size, and configure power electronics solutions, ensuring the best technical and cost‑effective approach.
• Prepare and coordinate the technical offer, including documentation, sizing justification, scope definition, alternatives, and deviations.
• Support the sales team in customer meetings, providing technical expertise throughout the pre‑sales process.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate costs, lead times, technical feasibility, and proposal quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and customer insights to support continuous improvement and future product development.
