Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and custom‑engineered solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Order Management teams to ensure all specifications, pricing, and delivery terms meet customer needs.
• Propose alternative or substitute products based on availability, cost, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with technical and purchasing teams for special or customized product configurations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with quote status, customer interactions, and business development activities.
• Generate regular quotation reports and ensure all documentation and approvals are in place before handoff to Order Management.
• Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and support admin tasks tied to project execution.
