Job Responsibilities

• Project co-ordination, planning and management
• Identify possible refrigeration systems and insulated panel sales
• Manage customer expectations and relationships
• Communicate project timelines to production team
• Manage project resources and budget
• Manage overall project quality
• Inspect & sign-off project before handing over to customer
• Key account management
• Technical team management

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• 5 years in the refrigeration industry essential
• Technical ability / understanding
• Leadership and management skills
• Good communication skills
• Refrigeration Engineering / Refrigeration qualification preferable
• Project Management: preferable
• Client relationship management
• Deep industry networks
• Product expertise, ability to sell consultatively
