ENTRY CRITERIA
- QUALIFICATION: Appointment based on experience & potential to do the job
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in courier industry and customer liaison is essential.
- REQUIRED CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION: developing customer relationships
- SKILLS: Good negotiation techniques, Persuasiveness and sales ability, Excellent communication
- REQUIRED Maintain a high energy/productivity level
- ATTITUDE: Exhibit an air of confidence and create good impression of behalf of ITT. Be a self-starter and use own initiative to achieve results.
