Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team as a part‑time role, based in Svalbard.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
