4-5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of closing complex, longer-cycle deals • A genuine hunter mentality: you are energised by new business, not just account management • Experience in or strong exposure to payments, fintech, crypto, banking, or a related tech sector • An existing network you can activate quickly; you do not wait for leads to come to you • Fluent English; additional languages are a meaningful advantage • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own structure and output • Willing to travel for client meetings, events, and team gatherings • Affinity with AI and business development tools
