Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospect, member and guest ensuring every interaction is utilised as a sales and retention opportunity.
- Proactively drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and secondary spend including food & beverage, retail and fitness product sales.
