Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for solar products and solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial and commercial segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and business growth.
