Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Attend to the walk-in customer on mobile phone enquires, purchase, or any assistance needed
• Support inquiry on social platform like Carousell and WhatsApp for order inquiry
• Deliver high quality and standards of service to customer
• Proactively approach customer
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum O Level or SPM Form 5
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Telco sales related products
• Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude
• Energetic, outgoing and friendly personality
• Proficient in MS Office
• 5.5 days work week (including weekends and public holidays)
