Sales Executive

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:

• Perform administrative support to Sales Representative / Personnel in day to day work.
• Support Marketing / Sales Personnel in generating reports, samples request etc.
• Generate work order for orders received through BASE system.
• Establish delivery priorities for effective planning in meeting customer’s requirements.
• Liaise with Warehouse and Finance department on delivery activities.
• Communicates with all relevant departments pertaining to orders.
• Assist superior in other assignment as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum O Level.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position.
• Possess strong leadership, initiative and self driven personality and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Process strong analytical skills and problems solving skills.
