Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close new shipping business.
• Prospect and onboard new customers.
• Prepare and present freight quotes (FCL, LCL, Air Freight) from Asia to the USA.
• Coordinate ocean and air freight shipments and manage bookings.
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide shipment updates.
• Record sales activities and shipment data in CRM/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience handling Far East to USA shipments.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight (FCL/LCL); air freight is a plus.
• Experience closing freight sales and negotiating rates.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and U.S. import regulations (ISF, AMS).
