1 Recommend products & services based on customer's requirements.
2 Build a rapport with customers.

3 Assist in the billing process.

4 Coordinate after sales activities - Home delivery, Installation, repairs, DOA, DAP, Returns process & Self learning - certification.

5 Make the assigned section ready for customers - Behind scene, PI, SEL, Promos, Cleanliness, Displaying the products as per plan, Stock Check.

6 To understand customers requirements.

7 Participate in certificate training and continuous learning.

8 Ensure that revenue targets for the sub-category.

9 Enhance conversion ratios and average transaction value per customer.
