2. Whatsapp calls & Message support.
3. ERP Software management Invoice + Job Card + quotation + Receipt.
4. Annual Maintenance Contract Management.
5. Daily Work schedule + coordination with field technicians.
6. Follow up with existing customers & New Customers.
7. Responding to new ad customers, assisting & closing the sales.
8. Dispute resolution with customers.
9. Monitoring & Tracking of Technicians work activity.
