Are you great at administrative tasks? PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client in Sunrise is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to their sales team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing quotes
- Responding to customer calls and emails
- Assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork
- Entering all incoming orders into system and sending order confirmations to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their products and services.
- Process orders via email and phone
- Check orders and invoices for accuracy
- Follow up on open quotes
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Update sales and customer records
- Create purchase orders based on sales forecast
- Monitor current inventory levels to ensure that we have enough product on hand to fulfill customer requests
