Job Description: We are looking for the ideal candidate to cover a temporary position, around 6months, to help us with order processing and administrative duties in our Sales Administration Team.

Responsibilities

  • Order processing of customer orders.
  • Entry of purchase orders, receipt and recording of purchase invoices.
  • Customer invoicing in SAGE.
  • Support in administration and liaison with customers, sales management, and internal departments.
  • Processing order documentation.
  • Reception, phone calls attention, supportive administrative tasks for the department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with Microsoft/Sage and/or other CRMs.
  • Service, diligence, and punctuality.
  • Effective data entry management.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Spanish as mother tongue; English will be valuable.
