RTS Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

The RTS Maintenance Technician provides hands-on field support for both turn and

maintenance operations across the assigned market. This role is responsible for inspecting,

troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of residential systems and components, self-

performing the majority of required work to minimize vendor reliance and control costs. By

delivering timely, high-quality repairs and contributing to turn-related activities, this role directly

impacts property performance, resident satisfaction, and the company’s bottom line.
