An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RTA Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a growing litigation team based in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients while managing a busy and varied caseload of RTA matters involving liability disputes and credit hire litigation.

The Role

• Manage a caseload of RTA and credit hire litigation files
• Analyse liability and risk to progress cases effectively
• Work within the MOJ portal and CPR framework
• Liaise with clients, insurers and third parties to progress claims
• Use Proclaim case management system to manage files and ensure compliance
• Drive efficient case progression and settlement outcomes
