Rota Nanny/Educator

Our client, a HNW professional couple based in Kensington, are seeking a live-out Rota Nanny for their son, aged 3. The family also have a 7 month old baby and a 9 year old.

The family are looking for someone who is well-mannered, warm natured and loving. It is preferred that you have formal childcare qualifications and understand Martha Gerber and Reggio Emilia lead approaches.

The family’s priority is their son’s emotional development, and mum follows a humanistic philosophy. She would ideally like to find a Nanny with experience as a Teacher/Educator or someone that has worked in a nursery environment.

Your focus must be on the individual’s potential, identify his preferences and interests, someone capable of stimulating his emotional and intellectual development, someone with a more open and modern concept of education.
