Roller Operator

We are currently seeking a Roller Operator to support the team in Culcairn.

This role involve operating rollers as part of road construction and resurfacing works while assisting the wider crew where required. This is a great opportunity to work locally, gain council experience, and be part of a supportive civil works team.

🔧 About the Role

You will be working within the council's roads and infrastructure team, assisting with:

Road resurfacing and asphalt work

General labouring duties

Operating small plant/equipment (training provided)

Traffic control support

Working as part of a fast-paced outdoor crew

MR Licence (minimum)

White Card (mandatory)
