Job Scope
- Provide onsite and remote desktop/EUC support across different customer locations
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, VPN, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices
- Handle device setup, imaging, migration, deployment, refresh, and decommission activities
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities and meeting room technologies
- Manage incidents, service requests, and roaming support activities within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for issue resolution and maintain proper ticket updates in ITSM tools
- 2-4 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support or Managed Services
- Experience in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, MFA, and endpoint security
- Familiar with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools
- Good troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Able to travel between customer sites ...
