Roadway Superintendent

The Roadway Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all field operations related to roadway and highway construction projects, with primary focus on earthwork, paving, and drainage systems. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision & Execution

  Oversee daily field operations for roadway construction including clearing, grading, excavation, embankment, paving, and drainage installation.

  Coordinate sequencing of earthwork, base preparation, asphalt and/or concrete paving, and storm drainage systems.
