Position Overview
Medical Center is seeking experienced RN Medical/Surgical / Telemetry nurses for a per diem night shift assignment. This role requires flexibility to float between Med/Surg and Telemetry units and availability to work weekends.
Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process
Deliver direct patient care within RN scope of practice
Monitor and assess patients, including cardiac telemetry when assigned
Communicate patient status changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families and guide support staff
Float to units of competency as needed
