Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient and family care and education. Communicates patient and family information effectively with the healthcare team and participates in resolving variances from patient care goals to ensure quality outcomes.
