Responsibilities

• Drive results with a proven ability to consistently achieve both team and individual goals.
• Demonstrate sound judgment by independently monitoring a specified goal amount of alerts daily to identify high-risk transactions and fraudulent activity.
• Monitor merchant authorizations, deposits, and refunds to identify suspect transactions via RiskNet.
• Identify merchant accounts for credit referral or further investigation.
• Verify information with card-issuing banks.
• Validate suspicious transactions by contacting merchants and obtaining necessary documents to arrive at a decision.
• Capture and hold funds in accordance with guidelines whenever warrant...
