Role Responsibilities
- Proactively maintain a strong relationship with all customers in this segment to ensure minimal cancellations and execute on the renewal process.
- Ability to spot upsell opportunities.
- Provide intelligence on trends with client base so that Territory/strategy Plans are comprehensive and accurate.
