RFP Knowledge Base Lead - Remote

Hyland Software is seeking a detail-oriented Knowledge Base Administrator to manage and enhance our RFP knowledge base, supporting various product offerings. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality content that meets both external and internal needs.

This remote role based in Colombia requires a Bachelor's degree and strong experience in managing content libraries, project management, and effective communication with all organization levels.
