Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year Store Manager experience (additional experience advantageous)
- Background in independent or mini-chain retail environments (±510 stores) preferred
- Highly structured large chain-store experience generally not suitable
- Strong commercial and operational management capability
- Ability to turn around and improve store performance
