About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Curation Team, event producers, and operations team to ensure a seamless vendor journey from onboarding to on‑site delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Curate the retail mix, sourcing standout vendors that align with the event concept, theme, and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local boutiques, international brands, and niche concept stores.
- Negotiate and manage secure, favourable vendor terms, pricing structures, and exclusivity where applicable.
- Deliver seamless execution by overseeing vendor set‑up, merchandising flow, and on‑site coordination.
- Ensure compliance by managing contracts, licensing, and regulations for all retail activations.
