Masch Atelier is seeking an experienced, polished and proactive Retail & Client Experience Consultant to join our Stellenbosch boutique full-time.
This is not an entry-level retail role. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2+ years retail experience who understands structured store environments, takes ownership of daily responsibilities, and confidently drives sales performance.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, well-presented, and naturally strong with people.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Client Experience & Sales
- Deliver exceptional, high-end client service aligned with the Masch brand
- Assist clients with styling across handbags, clothing, jewellery and perfume
- Confidently drive in-store sales and meet monthly targets
- Build strong relationships with returning clients
- Maintain strong product knowledge at all times
