Responsibilities
- In charge of the retail shop, manage and guide retail staff and train new employee
- Manage our retail shop to actively promote and sell our products
- Manage retail shop product display
- Handle sales/collection transactions and to attend to customers enquiries
- Ensure highest quality of customer service
- Min GEC O Level or ITE in Business Studies
- Preferably with 3 years working experience in retail industry
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
