We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager to join at 5-star Hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality excellent leadership skills and a strong background in food and beverage operations. As the Restaurant/Lobby Lounge Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and lobby lounge ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant and lobby lounge operations including budgeting inventory management and staff scheduling
• Train develop and supervise a team of servers bartenders and other restaurant staff
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the companys standards of quality and presentation
