Minimum requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
  • Own transport
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Business Management: Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability.
  • Staff management: Hiring, training, and managing restaurant and bar staff.
  • Customer service: Overseeing customer service to ensure a positive dining experience and handling complaints or issues.
  • Inventory and stock management: Managing stock ordering and levels to ensure ingredients are always available and costs are controlled.
