SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours 3x12s, 645p-715a, EOW

" Charting: EPIC experience required

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks.

" Vacation Requirement: Must work one vacation per 13-week contract.

" Accept First-Time Travelers: No

" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria

" Pending License Accepted: Yes. Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner by the VA State Board of Medicine required. **Other state licenses accepted, but will be required to obtain 90 day temporary authorization while VA perm license issues
