Resource Teacher

Description

Saint Paschal Baylon School, nestled in the heart of Thousand Oaks, is looking for a full-time Resource Teacher beginning the 2026-2027 school year. All applicants should be energetic, a team player, and contain a strong desire to work in a faith-based community. Candidates for this position must possess strong instructional skills and the ability to work with both individual students and small groups. This position will help to differentiate within the classroom, as well as pull out work with students that need remediation and accelerated work. This position will also assist the administration to oversee and organize the inclusion program at the school. In addition, teachers at this school are expected to be proactive communicators, comfortable with differentiation of instruction within the classroom, and overall, create a nurturing environment.
