EY Assurance – Senior Associate – Experience Management

As part of the EY‑Assurance Team, you will work to ensure effective resource scheduling on scheduling tools, following resource management guidelines, processes, and protocols. You will serve as the Experience Management (EM) point of contact for assigned SET(s)/industry/sector teams, ensuring timely execution of resource scheduling activities and delivery of high‑quality scheduling support while meeting deployment timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert on resource management concepts and scheduling tools.
• Work with GDS Service Delivery teams to create optimized resource portfolios and allocation plans for classified accounts/clients.
• Proactively identify staffing challenges and provide customized scheduling solutions.
