Resort Head Pastry Chef, Scotland

The Job:

As Head of Pastry, you will be fully accountable for managing, developing, leading and training your pastry team which currently consists of numerous highly energetic and motivated individuals. As Head of Pastry, you will report to an existing senior culinary team led by the Resort Executive Chef.
The Resort Executive Chef is ideally looking for a Head of Pastry to be fully responsible for managing and developing the existing range of bread, desserts and savouries that are currently produced within the company to date, to multiple outlets. As Head of Pastry, you must be able as part of your job to be able to lead from the front and be able to switch your talent and your teams from traditional hotel “Afternoon teas” to managing and developing large-scale events as well as VIP dining and high profile events as and when needed.
