Job Summary
The Electrical Leadman is responsible for leading a crew of residential electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for new single-family homes in the Rio Grande Valley area. This position CAN be paid piece rate. The Leadman ensures all work meets company quality standards, adheres to safety regulations, and complies with applicable codes. Must be experienced, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring assigned work is completed per scope and schedule.
Perform electrical installations including rough-in, trim-out, and final inspections in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical systems with minimal supervision.
