A highly regarded Legal 500 listed niche law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. The firm specializes in residential property transactions, providing services to clients across England and Wales, with a strong focus on London and the South East.

Job Description: The role involves managing residential property conveyancing cases from post-quotation through to post-completion. The successful candidate will handle a variety of cases, including shared ownership, straight transactions, buying, selling, and remortgaging. The work will include a significant number of leaseholds and new-build properties, many of which are based in London.
